How do I use the service? SicPama’s staff will visit our partners to inform them on how to use the service.

How much does the service fee cost? There will be a fee charged per incident. For the first 3 months, the fee will be the same as the card fee charged at the restaurant during the time of service introduction as part of a promotion. After 3 months, an additional fee will be charged, which will depend on the restaurant's annual sales. We will be able to inform you of the exact fee after consulting with you.

Is it possible to cancel or get a refund for some menu items? Cancellations/refunds are not possible within the current service. If you would like to cancel or refund, please contact Sicpama.

Do I need to install any software to use the service? No, you do not need to install any additional software to use the service. You can use web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Naver Whale, Samsung Internet, and Safari on your device.

What is the installation cost? You will need a Wi-Fi supported receipt printer for the service, and the installation cost for the receipt printer is approximately KRW 200,000.

Is it possible to integrate with existing POS systems, receipt printers, and card readers? If you already have a POS system, receipt printer, or card reader installed in your restaurant, it cannot be integrated with our service. You will need to purchase a receipt printer and card reader that can be used with our service.

What is the penalty fee for terminating the contract? You can terminate the service at any time without penalty. However, we ask that you give us three weeks' notice before the termination date so that we can understand the reason for the termination and use the feedback to improve our service.

Do I need a tablet to use the service? If you have a tablet or PC at home or in your restaurant, you can use it to access the service. Additionally, our service can be used on mobile devices, so you can also use your smartphone if you prefer.

What are the introduction and maintenance costs? There is no introduction cost. The maintenance cost applies at the commission rate notified by the Financial Services Commission for the first 3 months of use, and after the promotion period, a certain portion of Sicpama’s commission schedule applies. Do I have to purchase a machine like other POS companies? you purchase a Wi-Fi receipt printer that supports our service, you can use it right away!

Do I need to download an application to manage my store? No, our service does not require a application. You can go to the management page through an internet browser and manage your store right away.

If a customer visiting a restaurant asks for a payment receipt, can it be printed at the store? Yes, if you have a receipt printer, it can be printed.

I have a new menu or want to change menu information. How can I change it? *can also be used to change menu ingredients and adjust prices Menu photos, price adjustments, and menu name changes are possible on the SicPama store management page.

How can I restart the Random payment game? If the game has already started, it is not possible to restart the Random payment. However, you can use it again when placing an additional order after placing your initial order. If the game of chance has not yet started, you can change to another payment method.

How do I search for a menu item? You can search for a menu item by clicking on the magnifying glass (icon) at the top.
